Testing the Tesla at Argonne National Laboratory

Geoff Amann, senior technician at Argonne’s Advanced Powertrain Research Facility, takes the all-electric Tesla Roadster through a driving cycle at the Lab’s two-wheel dynamometer laboratory. Data obtained from the Tesla will help researchers develop test procedures that provide an unbiased, consistent and practical approach to evaluating electric vehicles.
