No coffee? Otherwise familiar from my own plate.

I get my caffeine at work. Tea every time I get stumped by a problem, coffee whenever Mark, our resident bioethics barista, gets the urge to brew. No need to include it in the breakfast, although I have experimented with taking a caffeine tablet one hour before I'm really supposed to wake up, to ensure I wake full of energy.

I didn't know you took so many pills! What are they? Cognitive enhancers? :)

What is on the bread btw? Omega 3 spread?

The picture was actually a bit arranged; I at most take a multivitamin and some omega 3 when I have not had fish for a while. But it looks better with lots of pills.

As for spread, I simply use a soft cheese. And salad.

Why Fish? Every evening I eat a salad dressed with linseed oil: The triply unsaturated omega-3 fatty acid α-linolenic acid (51.9-55.2%)
