Office Panorama Updated

More info about this photo and my photography can be found at my blog

This is an updated picture of my home office. This is where all of my photo editing is done. I am a full time student and amateur photographer, but I am trying to make the jump into professional wedding photography. As my time behind the computer has started to increase I decided it was time to redo the office and get me excited to be spending so much time here. The desk was purchased from Costco and was originally a U-Desk but has been altered to work better with the space. I added the 30" Apple Cinema Display and use a medium Intuos 4 Wacom tablet with it. The computer is a lightly modded Dell (2.5ghz dc proc, and 4gb ram). I recently added a RAID array for photo storage needs and have organized it all in bridge (a good feeling to have that done!).

Strobist: I wanted to keep the warm feel from the desk lights but wanted a proper over all color for the room. I also didnt want to light under the desk to prevent attention being drawn to this area (some cables are visible and distracting). I used two Vivitar 285HV's, one high camera right shot at 1/4 power through a white umbrella, one bare camera left fired off the back wall at 1/16 power. I am please with the overall look but would like it if you couldnt see reflections in the pictures :(
