Cactus Dryandra ~ Banksia anatona

Banksia anatona, a Western Australian endemic from the Stirling Ranges, is critically endangered and threatened by the water mould Phytophthora cinnamomi in the wild. The Department of Environment and Conservation have collected and banked seeds of this species and created new populations in a number of disease-free locations to support the survival of the species.
