I've collected and acquired many tools over a long time. The earliest ones date back to when I was a kid and used my Dad's, and it was fun to make things and make a mess. Since that time I've bought or have been given tools in the different places I've lived in and they relate to things I've made.
Nowadays the flat we live in is small and we have nowhere outside to make things so most of the tools have become redundant and just take up space. I also seem to have doubles of many that are still useful so these redundant ones and spares are now heading towards the charity shop.
