{film} Probably the most beautiful piece she has made so far.

I had my first darkroom class last night and it's now official: film is going to make me even poorer than it has these past three years. I just ordered 100 sheets of Ilford paper and 12 rolls of b&w, and that's just for the first half of the term. But on the upside, I know it's going to be so much fun, and it's going to make me go out and do something different. Portland friends, are you interested in doing photo walks with someone who has a sprained ankle she still foolishly walks on?

Indeed the ring is very beautiful, and those bokeh on sand and stone, wow!

I love this, Anne! You are so good with this jewelry. I think your darkroom class sounds great! Have fun on your photowalks. There are so many great people in Portland!

Anne! This is so completely gorgeous! I'd be happy to go on a photo walk. I could bring my dog, which would even us out, hah. (I've spent a completely insane amount of money on film stuff lately, too. I may take a week or two off just to even it out.)

Ha, yes! Bring your dog! I'm sure I'd still be slower than him, despite my lack of appreciation for sniffing at the ground. And I'd love to hear what film you've invested in, and also see your gorgeous Hasselblad up close.
