Man, I loooooove tofu. Yum. I pressed this stuff really well (in a cloth towel for, like, two hours) before marinating it in soy sauce with red chili flakes, coriander, garlic and onion powders, nutritional yeast, paprika... and I think that's it. It didn't soak it all up, so I poured the soy sauce mixture over the tofu while it was sauteing, which made it caramelize a bit. So delicious for my mouth.
I was originally going to have Kashi pilaf, but it wasn't done cooking when I needed it (it SHOULD have been), so I had two pieces of cinnamon raisin toast. An obvious accompaniment for tofu and broccoli.
