"Po tat" at Margaret's

A "po tat" is a variation of the egg custart tart (dan tat) popular in Hong Kong. These "Portuguese tarts" have a more buttery flakey crust and a carmelized custart.

 

For the record, I think Margaret's are better than Lord Stowe's. Crispy flakey crust!
