    So! Gorgeous!
I don't think you can go wrong.
An overall design (loop d loops? clamshells? diagonals?) would be great. Wavy lines. Anything. I mean how can you go wrong with this top?!? :)

That is beautiful! I love it - but I'm with you - I don't know about the quilting. The only thing I notice is that the points of the triangles all line up so I might be tempted to run a line straight through the center, after that I just don't know. You may be better off with something less angular. Maybe an all over curvy design. Good luck. I can't wait to see it done!

    I have two ideas:
    1. Baptist fans are easy and fast to FMQ yourself without marking.
    2. Continuous curves on the triangles and small stippling in the white.

I can do standard FG units, but for the other ones did you have a special ruler or paper piece them or what?

I should have mentioned that I started this as a block of the month done by twiddletails (www.twiddletails.com/store/index.php?main_page=page&i...). I didn't end up making all of the different blocks, but maybe 4-5 different ones. They were freezer paper pieced. It was fun! I like the idea of baptist fans...I think I saw a tutorial about that recently. I'll have to look that up.
