Three Cheese Scalloped Potatoes

Unfortunately, while these look glorious, the potatoes weren't quite done and were absolutely swimming in the heavy cream, which had clumps of greasy melted cheese in it. I recommend looking at the reviews of this recipe for ways to improve it.
