I have no idea how I ended up focusing on the grapes, instead of the guy behind. Maybe something subconscious :)
Taken in Negombo, Sri Lanka.
It's funny to hear that apples and grapes are considered "exotic" fruits in some countries. I had the same in India and Honduras too. Some people in those countries do not even know how the apricots taste. We call Armenia "the land of apricots", because we believe we have the best apricots in the world (come, try!). We have delicious grapes too, because we have good water and lots of sun. And apple is something as usual for us, as mango for the Sri Lankans.
The only thing that really saddens me, is that I can by no means find papaya in Armenia. And I love papaya. I finally ended up finding one colorless (and I guess with no taste) papaya in one of big malls, and it cost something like $25 for one piece! Just to compare, it cost, I think, less than $1 in Sri Lanka:) Eh, you can never have apricot and papaya on one land. I choose apricots! :)
Thanks for your visit and have a great day!
