Bird subcommittee on traffic

Back to color for a while. This is a drive-by shooting, but I was sitting at the stop light so I had time to compose it. We have so much trouble with traffic snarls in our area, and these birds made me think how helpful it would be to have a bird's-eye-view on everything -- not to mention, to be able to fly! :o)
