Close Guantánamo: Two protestors outside the White House

On January 11, 2013, the 11th anniversary of the opening of Guantánamo, these protestors, with the anti-torture group Witness Against Torture, were part of a crowd composed of members of 26 different groups, as well as concerned individuals, who gathered outside the White House, in President's Park South (aka the Ellipse), after a march from the Supreme Court, to listen to the speakers -- myself included -- who urged President Obama to fulfil the promise to close the prison that he made when he took office in 2009.
