Guantánamo protestors in front of the White House

These hooded protesters, holding up a banner that read, "No Torture. No Guantánamo. No Indefinite Detention," lined up in front of the White House, in President's Park South (aka the Ellipse), on the 11th anniversary of the opening of Guantánamo, on January 11, 2013. They were amongst the supporters of 26 different pressure groups -- and other outraged individuals -- calling for the closure of the prison, and, specifically, calling for President Obama to fulfil the promise to close it, which he made when he took office in 2009.
