Thomas King House,Wellington Street. Coventry. (City Architects 1969)

looking resplendent after its recant year long refit. In the background we can see Pioneer House (1968) which went through its refurbishment back in 2004-2005

The buildings are 52 meters (174 feet) high and contain 128 homes each, saving enormously on ground usage. Thus they are still relevant in theses days of environment concerns.
