At the 2009 Automobile License Plate Collectors' Association convention in Erie, PA. Birthyear runs are a common thread of the hobby; as was the case here. In addition to finishing out all of the U.S. and Canada, this collector fleshed out the display with notes and contextual memorabilia as well.
