This is a local cake invented and normally made on Öland, the second largest Swedish island in the Baltic sea. It's absolutely one of the most delicious cakes I've ever eaten.

Made with four layers of case, two of them made of flour, eggs and sugar (sponge-cake), the other two of egg-whites whipped hard, sugar and grind almond (or hazel-nut).

Between them whipped cream mixed with raspberries.

On top white marzipan topped with fresh raspberries and ornamentations in chocolates.
