Sausage Minestra

Brown italian sausage in a 5 qt dutch oven. Add diced onions, garlic, and italian seasoning. Deglaze with white wine. Then add chicken stock, roma tomatoes and orzo. Add some spinach at the very end. Soup is done when the orzo is done. That's sausage minestra.
