Sandy Relief

Andrew Newby, also known by his co-workers as Deputy Dog or Dr. Hope, gives a big hug to American Red Cross Volunteer, Georgia Duncan. Newby is the “Yard Dog” for the the bulk distribution center located on Long Island. It's his responsibility to see that all products coming into the site from the American Red Cross logistics center in Jersey City, New Jersey, get distributed to their intended destination. Newby tackles this demanding job with relish. “When you are working for the love in your heart everything tends to fall into place", he said philosophically.
