2009 - Feast of Sir Percival
Set in France, during the High Gothic era, this “high end” and limited focus feast included dishes, sotelies, entremets (period style entertainments), officiers de la bouches (servers, carvers etc), heraldic display, dances and decorations (including an aumbry, laving board and baldanquin) suited to the era being explored.
