    can you make them with ground chicken or turkey Adam? any change in the recipe?

    I'm not sure; I guess I'd be nervous because undercooked pork isn't very risky (there hasn't been a case of Trichonosis in the U.S. in many years, apparently) but rawish chicken is a no-no. So just cook them longer? I bet you can do it!
