Egg Sandwich

Breakfast: funny how some text messages can get me into the kitchen to concoct this creation... Jonathan thinks I'm wierd, what's new? but I love this sandwich...

 

Lightly toasted bread, mayo & mustard, fat tomato slices, lettuce, and an egg or two cooked sunnyside-up or over-easy... with shredded cheese melted over top as the egg/s cook/s.
