So I finished a gruelling 3 hours of cleaning and some ironing in what can only be described as my furnace of a house this evening. Now it's late and I should be in bed, but what the heck I felt the need to upload! Here's another shot taken from the boat on Saturday of Sambro Island Lighthouse...You can never have enough red and blue in my book :o)
Sambro Island Lighthouse is a landfall lighthouse located at the entrance to Halifax Harbour, Nova Scotia, on an island near the community of Sambro in the Halifax Regional Municipality. It is the oldest surviving lighthouse in North America and a Canadian National Historic Site.
