WIP unedited version
as you can see i am getting all my blythes done. it is not because i am shifting to blythe customization, but because i want to finish all my unfinished dolls at once, to be able to concentrate on more 'engaging' custom work....meaning that i plan some really nice dolls and settings for them too.... i'll keep you posted.
this is bubble boom, a custom i had started back in winter, and redone at least 3 times....she is my first blythe to get a treatment, so she involved some trial and error. now she has been matte sanded, her chin, nose and lips have been carved and sanded quite a bit (something i'd not repeat, as i prefer blythes to be less manipulated), eyechips changed, lashes changed into human falsies, lids raised (not visible here), eyes and cheeks done with pastels, lips painted with acryl in blythe style. she is getting a reroot in a deep turquoise blue similar to PAM, therefore i copied pam's eyeshadow shade....
the book was a surprise by my great friend j.! she actually did not know mark ryden at all, but when she saw this in the bookstore had to impulsively buy it for me....luckily i did not have it yet.... it is such a wonderful book!
