Cirque de Gavarnie

The Cirque de Gavarnie is truly impressive. To give an idea of scale the falls are 462m high, and the sheer rock face forms a spectacular natural amphitheatre.

Unfortunately it is also north-facing which isn't ideal as far as photography goes!
