Sun dried process of pulped natural coffees at São José Estate

Cerrado is characterized by a very dry harvest season, and is perfect for producing sun-dried coffees by natural or pulped natural methods.

 

The patio drying process must begin with thin layers with a height of 2-3 cm, and be constantly turned, always observing the direction of the sun, after skin drying coffee can be dried in thicker layers. Once it is half dry, the coffee can be heaped and covered during the night.
