"Look... a surprise in every pie!" 1957

"...the almond-topped Lemon Cake Pie...an orange custard with crispy coconut, added cocoa to a rich pecan pie, paired off pears with a chocolate-marbled whipped cream, circle jelly-glazed fruit in a cheese-lined pie shell, and folded crushed peanut brittle into a chiffon pie..."

 

That's nice, but I'd rather be surprised by a hundred dollar bill under my pie plate. Thanks.
