Tonight's Dinner: Pork Chops

    Newer Older

    Grilled some pork chops tonight....

They marinated for about 5 hours in a mixture of honey, soy sauce and spicy brown mustard. The photo was shot using a Sony Alpha in Aperture priority for DOF with a 50mm prime Minolta lens, if I was any closer I would have lost focus, and my lens :)

I like the really intense colour in the flame, but I still can't keep my eyes off the chops. And thanks for the recipe!

Love the colors! Looks delicious! Your photo is perfect for a movie we are working on. We just wanted to drop a line to confirm that we could use the photo. Please let us know in the near future if we are wrong. The movie that we are working on is a short movie to teach ESL students about writing. We will use it at YouTube and perhaps at our website at We will be in touch if we ever complete the movie with your photo in it. Thanks for making the photo available with a Creative Commons license. We appreciate it.
