Tonight's Dinner: Pork Chops

    Newer Older

    Grilled some pork chops tonight....

They marinated for about 5 hours in a mixture of honey, soy sauce and spicy brown mustard. The photo was shot using a Sony Alpha in Aperture priority for DOF with a 50mm prime Minolta lens, if I was any closer I would have lost focus, and my lens :)

I like the really intense colour in the flame, but I still can't keep my eyes off the chops. And thanks for the recipe!

Love the colors! Looks delicious! Your photo is perfect for a movie we are working on. We just wanted to drop a line to confirm that we could use the photo. Please let us know in the near future if we are wrong. The movie that we are working on is a short movie to teach ESL students about writing. We will use it at YouTube and perhaps at our website at www.aaroncoaches.com/. We will be in touch if we ever complete the movie with your photo in it. Thanks for making the photo available with a Creative Commons license. We appreciate it.
