NOT PHOTOSHOPPED - this is focus blur technique - changing the focus during an exposure.

My first go at focus blur technique! Unfortunately as it was my first go i ruined a lot of pics. practice makes perfect though i guess so now i have to wait for skyfire!

    Flickr is a small world sometimes... last year in the days leading up to a large yearly fireworks celebration I was browsing Flickr looking for inspiration beyond the standard fireworks shot. I stumbled across this picture and found something interesting that caught my attention. The rest of that evening and the next few nights were spent looking at more images done with focus blur. When the time came, I got one shot that I was happy with... and ultimately it could be attributed to you... so, thank you... =)
