Knitting a sock - slow going on these size 2 needles but I'm enjoying knitting after putting it down for a couple of nonstop quilting years.

Thanks everyone! I am on Ravelry, but almost never sign on! I think my name is AHC on there? And Amanda, it's Wollmeise. A few of us from the LAMQG were taught how to make socks by Lori, a member. She's a certified master knitter and OMG her yarn stash. It was jaw dropping. We were literally allow to just pick what we wanted and from what she was saying, I went for the killer yarn (I know nothing about yarn). Though everything she had was this beautiful. It was unbelievable. And FUN.

Wollmeise! You lucky thing! It is SO hard to get that literally have to stalk the site until she uploads and then it goes in about 10 minutes.

These will be lovely socks x

Yeah - I realize I'm lucky to be working with such beautiful yarn!! And you should have seen how much Wollmeise Lori has. It was truly impressive.
