Hummus
My favourite easy to prepare snack. Takes 5 minutes to prepare, serves as a full meal for 1 or a light snack for 4.
1 can chickpeas (400g), drained
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 teaspoons ground coriander seeds
2 cloves minced garlic
2-3 teaspoons of olive oil
salt, pepper.
Put everything into a blender. After the paste reached the desired consistency, put it into a bowl, decorate with olive oil and cayenne pepper.
