Shibuya in the snow: these people think I'm nuts, and they might very well be right :-)

Focusing was getting hard, everything was fogging, I was numb and soaking wet but the snow kept coming and the scenes in front of me were intoxicating. Still, this was one of the last shots I made last night before I called a halt to the whole wonderful experience that was Shibuya in the Snow. It was as much to do with the fact that it was just after 11pm and I wasn't sure if the trains were going to be as predictable as usual, given the weather.

Lots more from this shoot to post up as I got some real gems that I haven't shown you yet. But this was one of the last ones to get shot..... as it was time to retreat to my own neighbourhood.

By the time I got to Omori I was so numb that I couldn't enjoy or capture for you the wonderful scenes of virgin snow and quiet streets that greeted me as I got off the train. Instead I ended up in my local pub..... drink in hand, jammed up against the oil heater along with Koji's two dogs :-)
