I was teaching one of my students at a regular little spot; the water fountain at the entrance of Meiji-Jingu Shrine. We were almost done and this little fella turned up.
He climbed onto someone's water bottle and when they picked it up and saw him, they shook him into the drain around the bottom of the water fountain. I rescued him and popped him on the edge of the fountain.
...and after that he wouldn't leave me alone. Followed me around the fountain and literally posed for a series of shots. Amazing.
One of the few creatures I know with an almost perfectly triangular head.
