      sheila Thanks Sheila. It's Lacock in Wiltshire and this is the Abbey. Fox Talbot lived here and he was one of the inventors of photography. They use the village for lots of films ie: canford the series was filmed here. Pride & prejudice. Parts of Harry Potter were filmed at the Abbey :-)

      This is a lovely capture, just love the scene through the window. What a historic place and used for so many films .

      2slo7 Shirley thank you. Yes it is Mark and as I absolutely love history it was a wonderful day out. More interesting because of the photography. Another reason why I so loved living in Rome. :-)
