The Inaugural Loan Collection of Paintings

The Albright Art Gallery opened its doors on May 31, 1905. The first exhibition that was held was The Inaugural Loan Collection of Paintings, which included 237 paintings from leading art museums, collectors, and art dealers from all over America.
