Pothole - Lansdowne Road

5 April 2010. Potholes, caused by winter snow and ice, continue to be a problem.

Lansdowne Road N17 is on several bus routes, and constantly used by trucks and other heavy vehicles. So little potholes grow bigger by the day.

Reported to Haringey Council 6 April 2010.

Also reported through the cyclists' website Fill That Hole.

(This photo appeared in Wired Online in an article about an Android App which detects and reports potholes as cars go over them.

— Although this is unlikely to impact on the pothole problem in the London Borough of Haringey. Because its senior officers are taking a brave and principled stand against the twenty-first century.)
