I really needed this article right now!!! I have lost 65 lbs. in 20 weeks, but lately I have dropped off some. It was really messing with my head, even though I have still lost 2-3 lbs. the last couple of weeks. I am on a keto diet, doing 2 days of heavy lifting and 3 days of HITT on the elliptical each week. I know I am working just as hard, if not harder. I increase my weights regularly and increase resistance on the elliptic on a regular basis. I am weighing almost every day, and like you said, it is depressing at times. Thanks so much again for the great article. I still have 79 lbs. to go and this will help me get there.
