The Chinese government are frightened, because they see that globally people are willing to rise for freedom. Their actions portray small, scared minds willing to lash out at the brave and the strong-willed. The more they come down on those willing to speak out the swifter their fall will be.

Reuters today reports that the Chinese government is investigating Weiwei for "suspected economic crimes". Not only absurd, but ironic as well, as the Chinese government acts in the manner of a kleptocracy, driving its citizens to acts of suicide in a factory culture that exploits its workers, and artificially manipulating its own currency's value to cheat the trade partners who feed its growing wealth and power. Economic crimes? If they are looking for those I suggest a mirror would be useful.

the west give up the chinese people, because they want to make friend with the party to earn more money.1949 1989 they do same thing.we can't trust them so that we have to fight against the goverment alone.ai weiwei is our hero.
