2013 Civil Rights Luncheon

During AFGE's annual Legislative Conference, the Women's and Fair Practices Departments hosted the Civil Rights Luncheon. This year's festivities included speeches from Representative Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii) and A. Philip Randolph Institute President Clayola Brown.
