Reforming the GS System? Why, How and What - CEC
There continues to be much debate about federal compensation, particularly as it relates to salaries in government and the private sector. To address this issue, some leaders have called for fundamental reform to the General Schedule (GS) system. However, before even talking about a new system, many question whether the GS system should be reformed. If it does need reform, why, how, and what would a new system look like? The Coalition for Effective Change (CEC) will bring together a panel of experts to tackle these questions and provide their perspectives on the issue. The event is the second in a series hosted by the CEC this year focusing on the issue of federal compensation.
