      Wonderful photo. I certainly am curious to know what that seemingly unusual mix of instruments sounded like and what kind of music they played.

      ricks.pics Thanks! I know that zithers and mandolas were more common a hundred years ago, but I'm not sure what kind of music an ensemble like this would have played. I'd be interested in knowing that myself.

      And apart of be able to play an instrument, to become a member of the club, one had to have a moustache or beard!
