Killing Fields Mausoleum, Choeung Ek Genocidal Center

The mausoleum at Choeung Ek, one of the many Khmer Rouge killing fields outside Phnom Penh. It houses the skeletons exhumed from the mass graves found at this site, which was formerly a Chinese cemetery. Even today, the ground still disgorges bone fragments and bits of clothing from victims that are brought to the surface by heavy rains. (Rick Green photo.)
