Anne of Cleavage at the Northampton Festival of History

Well what can I say. I remember taking this at the festival last year - I don't particularly remember taking many of the others. A couple of hundred give or take - found their way on to my CF card, most not very memorable, but as I said this one I remember - and I'll tell you why.
You know when someone gives you a double take when you do something a little bit right of center, that inquisitive look that asks" did you really just do what I think you did" Well that's what I remember most about this - the look the missus gave me.
On reflection I don't, no let me correct that and say - I know it wasn't the fact that I had taken the shot of this young lady doing her thing in the 17th century that caused Liz to fire that warning glance across my bows. It was me acting all churlish and sheepish because I had taken the shot and thought that I'd got caught doing so, that's what caused the look.
If I live to be a hundred and thirty..........................
