Intricacy

Newer Older

A change from my usual nature and landscape related subjects; I found myself with some time on my hands this-afternoon, so decided to pull out the little studio kit that I have and do a still-life.

I thought the intricate detail of this mechanical watch would make a nice shot, which I decided to shoot on my gloss-black computer desk to add the reflection.

Canon 5D MKII, EF 24-105 f4L @ 105mm, 13mm extension tube, 3.2s, f20, ISO400. One off-camera 430EXII from the side & continuous lighting from above.

This image was swept and removed automatically, and may not have been reviewed by a human. Sometimes images are invited with incorrectly copied code, or due to some server glitch the Sweepr program doesn't see the invite. If you feel this image has been removed in error, we certainly apologize, and would welcome a chance to help you get it posted to our pool. Please contact one of the group Admins or Moderators listed here so we can review the cause of the mistake.
