State Government Offices, Geelong

The amazing Brutalist-style State Government Offices, located on the corner of Little Malop & Fenwick Streets in Geelong, Victoria, Australia.

Known by locals as the "upside-down building", the State Government Offices were constructed in 1978-79* and opened on 20 March that year by Rupert Hamer.
