Vineyard progress
Pictures of the start and growth of our little vineyard. We started this project in 2009 with 600 Cabernet Sauvignon vines.

In spring 2010, with the aid of my SCC classmates, we added another 1223 vines: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Sangiovese, and Montepulciano.

In spring 2011, again with help from SCC classmates, we added another 500 vines. All of the 2011 additions were Sangiovese. We picked our first fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon vines planted in 2009. Our vines produced ~3500 pounds [1580kg] in 2011.

In 2012, we added 400 Petit Manseng to the Addison Farms vineyard. Today, we have right at six acres under vine with six different varieties.
