Ralph out at harvest

I'm trying to upload all of these in chronological order, but this one from 1914 slipped by. My great-grandfather, Ralph, is all decked out in his overalls for harvest season (and slightly unshaven). I have to say, it's tough to pull off overalls, but I really think he's doing it. He almost looks like a model for some magazine.

The border on the front of the picture gives a identifies Western Kansas as the area in which the picture was taken, but there's no specific town mentioned. On the reverse, someone wrote that the picture was "taken when out to harvest". He would have been about 21 years old at the time.
