Going Down

    Newer Older

This weekend marks the 18th anniversary of The Tower of Terror opening at MGM Studios. It is one of my favorite attractions of all time (with the Haunted Mansion) and also one of my favorite to photograph. At first I did not like the arm in the frame and was not going to process it. I realized though it is exactly what I would see on the ride and felt it added something to the photo.

I wish I used a wider lens, but at the same time like how the tight view offered something different for this photo.

We posted 13 Tower of Terror photos on the blog today.

We also have two new iPad wallpaper apps out today and on sale for just $.99 in the app store:
Magic Kingdom iPad Wallpaper App | Epcot iPad Wallpaper App

The time when people catch their breaths just long enough to scream down the shaft. This is my favorite attraction at WDW.

Best part of the ride right there, just as you know it's about to drop!

That is a neat view! I have always thought of the Tower of Terror as being the next generation of the Haunted Mansion.

Hey, the arm helps tell the story. And it actually really works here too.
