129: The beginnings of the Hipster PDA

I was wandering Office Max the other day and found cute little tear away notepads that use 3.5" floppies for the front and back cover. Since my Dad has an amazingly large stash of 3.5" floppies, I've asked him to save me two purple ones so I can make my own kind of thing. And I've been fascinated for years with the 43 Folders Hipster PDA! I just never knew how to integrate it into my own life. And with FlyLady, I want to do the routines, but post its everywhere wasn't working (and I LOVE post its! Lemme tell you!) and the big notebook of routines wasn't working either. So I want to make a FlyLady hPDA with interchangeable cards for what NEEDS to get done on a daily/weekly basis, and keep my random lists in it and scrap cards for jotting notes and ideas and all sorts of things to come back to! And eventually combine them all with floppy covers and key rings to keep them all together :-)

I'll have to post a picture of what my "control journal" is... or are, rather, as I'm working from a couple of different things. Do you get the messages individually or in the daily digest? I love reading the digest in the morning, along with the NYT digest.

I'm looking forward to eventually having a final product :-D
I actually don't get the e-mails anymore... there were just soooo many. And I don't keep up on the address I was using. I just try to remember to go look at the site once in a blue moon ;-)
