Grand Central Terminal at Night, NYC
ISO 800, 1/10s, handheld. As with all NYC scenes, it was difficult to find a spot where important areas of the subject weren't blocked by lights or signs or where the subject didn't have to compete for attention with bright street lights or parked vans. However, night scenes can be great because if the lighting is right much of the clutter gets hidden in the shadows. This was initially intended to be more of a test shot, but a delivery truck rolled up right in front of me as I was prepping my long exposure, so I packed it in for the night.
